Second Grade through High School teachers learned more about the writing rubric through a training led by High School Principal Mrs. Megan Garner and Assistant Superintendent Mrs. Kristy Keeton. High School English teacher Mrs. Ridings and Career Coach Mrs. Amy Alexander lead social studies and cyber teachers through a training on how to incorporate literacy in their classrooms.

This week in Nettleton Athletics

Vo-tech students will begin attending class Monday, August 14. The first block bus will leave at 7:30. Students should report to the bus parking lot behind the cafeteria. The second block buses will leave at 9:30. Students should report to the north end of the main building. Staff will be available to assist students about where they need to go.
NHS students will receive a copy of their schedule in the gym Wednesday morning. Schedule change request forms will be available as well.
Wednesday, August 9, is the first day of school for NHS students! All students in grades 9-11 need to report to the gym by 7:45. Due to the road construction, no students will meet outside in the break area. Vo-tech students will NOT report to the vocational center Wednesday. All seniors will line up at the north end of the main building for the senior walk.
